Judy's Garden - The Grasses

I've been telling you for the longest time that
I would be making a page with my grasses. Well, I've finally
done it. Below you will see several of the beautiful ornamental
grasses that decorated my garden inn our last home.
When they flower, they have the most beautiful plumes.
They swish and sway in the wind and make the most beautiful sounds.

Between that and the waterfall in my pond, you could sleep
out there forever.

You're not supposed to cut them down until after the winter
and during the winter, they look so beautiful, with all their
strong stalks and the snow hanging from them. I'll try and get
some of those to show you as well.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy them. They really are quite a sight to
see, in our their magesty and beauty.

Well, I guess that's it until the winter. I hope
you've enjoyed the show. It's really quite something.
You don't have to always plant flowers or bulbs,
ornamental grasses come back every year and each year
they bring their own splendor.

I can't wait to see what next year will bring...........
